Our appearances include the Family Court, Labour Court, Administrative Court and Enforcement Court.

Arbitration and Mediation

As a way of resolving civil and commercial disputes outside of court, we assist our clients to present their case to an arbitrator or a panel that will hand down a decision which the parties have mutually agreed to be bound by.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Failing to reach a settlement through the alternative processes, the only choice remaining is to litigate.
