Ahmed Al Mushiri

Ahmed is a certified lawyer with an exceptional client-attorney relation profile.  His ability to handle cases meticulously and work seamlessly on multiple projects or transactions is what lead to the prompt recognition of Al-Mushiri Law Office.

Ahmed holds a master’s degree in Islamic Finance from Hamad Bin Khalifa University in addition to obtaining his Bachelor of Law degree from Qatar University.  Ahmed started practicing law in January 2012 and today he is registered with the Ministry of Justice Admission Committee of Lawyers in Qatar to appear before the Court of Cassation.

After gaining experience at HSBC and Mashreq Banks, Ahmed joined Qatari Diar in the Real Estate field.  After practicing at Hassan Abdulla Al-Khorri Law Office where he gained exposure to various areas of Litigation, Hassan Al-Khater Law Office provided Ahmed with experience in Corporate Law.

Ahmed’s expertise lies in Islamic Finance and Litigation, both Criminal and Civil, including Family Law, Labour Law and Corporate Law.  His vast knowledge and experience of Qatar Law is a strength that enables him to lead roundtable discussions on a variety of legal matters flawlessly.

Alaa Abuleefa

Alaa is a seasoned Senior Legal Consultant who has been practicing the legal profession for over thirty-five years, the last twelve years being in Qatar. Alaa joined Al-Mushiri Law Office in 2018 and today he is registered with the Ministry of Justice Admission Committee of Lawyers in Qatar to appear before the Court of Appeal.

Alaa holds an LL.B. from Assiut University.  He is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association and is a member of the Arab Lawyer’s Union.  During his practice in Egypt, he was involved in many important cases that captured public attention.

Alaa’s strength is litigation, including reviewing cases, preparing legal briefs and memoranda.  His primary field of expertise is Criminal Law, and he has developed a reputation for his exceptional ability to prepare legally sound pleadings and submissions.

Mohamed Metwalli

With over twenty five years of experience, Mohamed has a proven record of providing clients with indispensable advice. Moreover, Mohamed displays versatility in handling numerous diverse cases.

His professional conduct and perseverance results in constructive dealings with clients.

Mohamed obtained his law degree in 1997 from Al Mansoura University. After working for several law offices in Egypt, he joined Ahmed Al-Mushiri Law Office in 2015 and settled in Doha.

Mohamed is particularly known for his knowledge and application of litigation in matters involving Family and Civil Law.

With close to 20 years of experience, Mohamed prepares legal arguments and other documents necessary as evidence in court.

Mohamed obtained his law degree in 2005 from Monofia – Faculty of Law in Egypt and started his career in Doha by completing 5 years of service with Zaman Law Office.  He joined Ahmed Al Mushiri Law Office in December 2017 and today he is registered with the Ministry of Justice Admission Committee of Lawyers in Qatar to appear before the Court of Appeal.

Mohamed’s primary field of expertise is Civil Law.

Mohamed Sayed

Mohamed is a personable lawyer with around 15 years of experience. He has very good communication skills and a natural persuasive ability. He ensures that critical tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Mohamed obtained his law degree in 2009. He worked in various law offices in Egypt before joining Ahmed Al-Mushiri Law Office in 2015. Today he is registered with the Ministry of Justice Admission Committee of Lawyers in Qatar to appear before the Court of Appeal.

Although well rounded in various aspects of litigation, Mohamed’s primary field of expertise is Criminal Law.

Jaber Al-Hebabi

Jaber holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Qatar University (2017) and is now a Postgraduate student in International Commercial Law (LLM) at the University of Aberdeen where he studies International Commercial Arbitration, International Sale of Goods, Corporate Governance, Comparative and International Perspectives on Company Law.
This LLM Program will provide Jaber with a deeper understanding of the legal functions required to operate within the rapidly changing work environment.

With over 15 years of experience in Bank industry, he started practicing law in September 2023 and today he is registered with the Ministry of Justice Admission Committee of Lawyers in Qatar.
Jaber is also an Arbitrator at the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration.

Ahmed Makram

As the most recent addition, Ahmed brings more than 12 years of legal experience to the team, the last six being in Qatar.

Ahmed holds master’s degrees in Public law, specialising in criminal as well as administrative law.  He manages complex cases through his ability to find and express convincing legal arguments which represent the most appropriate solutions.

He is able to prepare and draft contracts and agreements in accordance with the Qatar Civil Law and Commercial Companies Law as well as the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and has the ability to identify weaknesses and strengths in legal matters.

Ahmed provide our clients with written and oral legal advice across all practice areas.

MOHAMMAD NADDA

Mohammad Nadah qualified as a lawyer in 2014 and was admitted to the Syrian Bar Association in 2016.

Mohammad holds L.L.B. from Damascus University. Before joining Al-Mushiri Law Office, he was under the employ of a prominent Syrian Law Firm, gaining experience in Litigation and Corporate/Commercial Law.

Being fluent in Arabic and English, Mohammad’s contribution to the firm covers the spectrum of Civil, Family and Corporate Law, including legal research, contract review, and drafting.

Laila Tawengi

Laila joined the team at Al-Mushiri Law Office in 2022 after graduating from Qatar University in the fall semester of 2021, ranking in the top three.

Laila can read and interpret legal matters seamlessly across both the Arabic and English languages. As part of her training, Laila applies her skills in reviewing contracts and writing memorandums. Her meticulous approach to legal matters brings a high-level contribution to our team.

Laila’s current focus is on reviewing contracts and agreements, drafting and filing cases before the Civil and Commercial Court at Qatar Financial Centre, in addition to arbitration.

TRAINEE LAWYER
Luma Barari

Luma holds an LL.B. from The University of Jordan as well as LL.M. in International Commercial Law from Northumbria University in the UK.  She was admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2021 and completed her training with a leading law firm in Jordan.

As part of her training in Qatar law, Luma assist lawyers in drafting legal arguments and other documents.   Being fluent in both Arabic and English, Luma also assists with contract drafting and review.

Luma’s current focus spans across all areas of practice.

Sandy Fayez

Sandy recently joined Al Mushiri Law Office after gaining over 2 years’ experience in the construction industry, having worked on multi-million-dollar project, including the Hamad International Airport Expansion Project and the Lusail International Circuit.
Sandy graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) in the United Kingdom.
As part of her training in Al Mushiri Law Office, Sandy assists lawyers with drafting legal documents, from undertaking letters and legal opinions through to settlement agreements and employment contracts for a wide range of local and international clients. Her previous experience in construction law has helped her in this role, as it has allowed her to assist in disputes arising out of sub-contract agreements.
Sandy is also an associate member in the CIArb.
Sandy’s current focus spans across all areas of practice including construction, litigation, and employment.
